Users may only use their own date of birth when accessing or using the services.

Users must not use another person's date of birth, nor attempt to generate multiple results from different dates of birth on behalf of others.

Each individual is entitled to only one result based on their own date of birth.

7. Termination

FATE OS, INC. may suspend or terminate user access to their services at any time, without prior notice, if the user:

• (i) violates these Terms,
• (ii) fails to pay any applicable fees,
• (iii) engages in unlawful or fraudulent use, or
• (iv) creates legal or security risks for them.

Upon termination, the user's right to use the services will immediately cease, and FATE OS, INC. may delete associated data as permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all of your expectations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FATE OS, INC., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
