Refund Policy
FATE OS, INC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- 1. Refund Window
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used, accessed, activated, or delivered in any form.
- 2. No Refund After Use
Once services have been accessed, activated, generated, or delivered — including viewing or generating any destiny chart, number sequence, or related interpretation — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- 3. Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable
All FATE OS results, charts, interpretations, and outputs are classified as digital goods. Digital goods are considered fully delivered at the moment they are generated or displayed, and are non-refundable.
- 4. User Input = Service Delivery
Entering your birth date, birth time, or any personal data necessary to generate a chart constitutes active participation and “service delivery.” If the chart or result appears — even once — the service is legally considered complete and consumed. Incorrect or mistaken birth information does not qualify for a refund after generation.
- 5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
• Incorrect birth date or time entered by the user
• User changes their mind
• User expected a different result
• User claims the result is unfavorable or undesirable
• User did not understand the service before purchase
• User forgot to review the generated result
• Multiple attempts to input different birth data
• Technical issues unrelated to our systems
• Failure to use or access the service within the refund period - 6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving the service is a violation of this Refund Policy. FATE OS reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.
- 7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- 8. Direct Purchases Only
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through FATE OS, INC. Payments made through third parties or unauthorized resellers are not eligible for refunds.
- 9. One-Time Service Completion
Destiny chart generation is a one-time, fully delivered digital service. Partial refunds are not available.
- 10. Refund Method
Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- 11. Company Discretion
All refund determinations by FATE OS, INC. are final. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
- 12. Force Majeure
Refunds do not apply to service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, server failures, internet outages, cyberattacks).
- 13. Currency & Fees
Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency. Users are responsible for any bank fees, currency differences, or transaction charges.
- 14. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
